After an incredibly difficult winter across the World, tourism is starting to reopen. The British government has once again permitted foreign travel and introduced a “traffic light” system to grade countries. Currently France is listed as an amber country which means for our British guests returning to the UK they will need to isolate for a period of 10 days and undergo a series of Covid tests. The good news is that the French government has said that PCR Covid tests for tourists will be free in France.
Since May 19th hospitality venues and cinemas have reopened across France. Currently bars and restaurants are only permitted to serve outdoors but that is due to change on June 9th. All being well, by June 30th the majority of restrictions will be lifted and we can enjoy a safe, almost normal, summer.
